The vision for the company now is to be One Platform to Simplify Building Upgrades & Compliance. Reason being, we believe the greatest impact we can have on improving commercial buildings is by helping property owners/managers get more done with less. By taking the hassle out of identifying new opportunities, implementing upgrades and complying with various, and often confusing, local and federal sustainability regulations. If our platform makes all this simple, then more property owners will take action to improve their buildings and realize significant returns on investments, in terms of decreasing operating costs as well as increasing property values.

Company MISSION

“We make it easy” is part of our company’s mission. To make things easy for ourselves with automation, to make things easy for our clients with online tools, and to make things easy for the vendors we partner with who bid on projects posted by our clients/users.

This is so engrained in our culture that we start out every Monday meeting asking everyone to share stories of what they made “easy” over the last week. Failure is also okay, and encouraged, when it comes to trying out new ideas/processes. This is what helps us keep innovating and encourages our team to try new things that can help make things easier for all stakeholders.
